Vesna Resorts is a pioneering project undertaken by Besim, introducing the concept of serviced holiday villages with a full range of infrastructure. Our goal is to create a place where customers can acquire year-round single-family homes with spacious plots and comprehensive amenities. The first project within Vesna Resorts is the investment in Tleń. In this picturesque village, located in the heart of the Tuchola Forest in the vicinity of the Wdecki Landscape Park, Vesna Resorts Tleń is being developed on slightly over 3 hectares of land. The location is ideal, with only a 20-minute drive from the A1 motorway. In the first phase of our venture, we have obtained final building conditions, allowing for the construction of 6 single-family houses situated around a large pond.
