The government is proposing a solution to the problem of excessively prolonged proceedings under the Act of July 7, 1994 – Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended). Therefore, the amendment provides, among other things, for the expansion of the list of construction structures and works that are exempt from the requirement to obtain a building permit or submit a notification.
